Guests of Villa Verano make themselves at home on the southern coast of Belize in Hopkins Village. All of us at Villa Verano love our community, and our guests are always ready to share in the appreciation of this diverse and cultural village.
Villa Verano always strives to accommodate our global travelers in a socially and environmentally conscious way. Many of our guests genuinely want to make a positive impact not only on the environment, but also with the people of Hopkins Village. Collectively, we feel strongly about our social responsibilities in our community, including cultural preservation and making sure the people can receive benefits as a result of our presence in the community. For this reason, Villa Verano regularly supports and participates in local projects and events that facilitate educational, cultural and natural heritage development.
Examples of these include the Hopkins Kite Fest, the Sittee River Easter Fair, the Hopkins Police Youth Cadet Annual Sports Day and the Annual Mango Fest. Not only do our guests enjoy meeting the people from the communities, but they also appreciate learning about different lifestyles. Pack for a Purpose is another very important initiative that we support, which facilitates a way for our guests to give back. Some of our guests bring over 40 pounds of school supplies.
Villa Verano truly is a home away from home, and we can accommodate up to 38 people in the entire villa. Smaller families can decide to book a room, or a floor.
